Primarily undergraduate development

Although this book has primarily been written as a textbook for university students, it is hoped that it may be useful to research workers engaged in the development of new materials. Chapters 1 and 2 are based on lectures given to undergraduate and graduate students in Kyoto University as part of a course on Inorganic Chemistry Chapter 3 was written specifically for the book. 

The book is primarily aimed at researchers, in industry or academia, who are involved in developing processes for chemicals manufacture.
