Positive lubrication system , electric

On larger engines, use an air-motor- or electric-motor-driven prelube pump to fill and pressurize the lube-oil system before cranking and operating the engine. In addition, use a lube-oil heater to keep the oil warm and in condition for positive lubrication of vital areas on start-up wherever low ambient temperature may be encountered.
