Paul R. Portney was President of Resources for the Future for ten years before becoming Dean of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he holds the Halle Chair in Leadership and is Professor of Economics. He received his B.A. in Economics from Alma College (Michigan), and his Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University. [Pg.320]
