More importantly, the method was transferred to at least six other instruments for application. Polymorphism of drug substances was studied by De Braekeleer et al. [63] in 1998. They used PCA, SIMPLISMA, and orthogonal projections to correct for temperature variation during the monitoring of polymorph conversion.
