Poly Acridine Red PAR

Synthesis oxidative electropolymerization of acridine red in aqueous solution at pH 7.4 [629]. 

The redox transformations of PAR have not been studied thus far. However, it has been demonstrated that the carmine polymer film has catalytic activity, and can be used in the determination of dopamine [629].
