Phase transitions in iron II hydrates and ammoniates

The Mossbauer spectral properties of the various hydrate and ammoniate complexes that can be formed with iron(II) are interesting because of the information they provide about the phase transformations or order-disorder transformations which these compounds undeigo. Mossbauer data and details of the phase transitions are given in Table 3.7.
