Permeability QSPR correlation

First we need some more reflection on the terminology. Studies aimed at broadening the quantitative understanding of correlations between intrinsic, physical and chemical or biological molecular properties, are called QSAR studies. Nevertheless, in some cases no activity is involved and it would then be better to speak of quantitative stracture-property relationships (QSPR). In another context P may stand for pharmacokinetic or permeability, and A for absorption.
