Performance Measurements for Supervisors

We need to begin with the evaluation of a supervisor s performance by reviewing what he or she does to get results, and by determining whether the stated objectives have been accomplished. 

Performance measurements have certain distinct advantages  

Are they finding more OSHA vioiations than they did a 

Are more new empioyees being oriented in safety on their first day on the job  

Are more warm fuzzies being given out to empioyees who work safeiy
