PCA calibration

By means of the most sensitive signal Cd-114 only a relative uncertainty of 22% could be observed. In contrast, PCA calibration including the five isotopes given in Table 6.3 yields an uncertainty of 0.6% with nearly 100% recovery. This example demonstrates that not only undisturbed signals can be included in the calibration but also disturbed ones. 

In PCA calibration, the absorbance matrix is broken down into the product of the scores matrix, T(w, a), and the loadings matrix, P(a, k) ...
