Paspalum uervilli Vasey Grass

This species, known as Vasey grass, is readily grazed while young, and in some sections of the South is cut for hay. [Pg.162]

Along ditches and roadsides, and in waste ground, mostly in rather moist soil North Carolina to Florida and west to Texas also in southern California, Guatemala, and Cuba native from Brazil to Argentina introduced in Bolivia, Chile, and the Hawaiian Islands. [Pg.162]
