PAL-PEG-PS resin

Weigh 0.5 g of Fmoc-PAL-PEG-PS resin into a 50 mL polypropylene centrifuge tube, and place the tube on the system in position 1 (reeNote 24). 

The synthesis cycle is in principle the same as for Boc chemistry, except that the temporary protecting group is cleaved with 20% piperidine (2 min) instead of TFA, and that the DMF/ piperidine (9 1) treatment is unnecessary. The synthesis is carried out on a PEG-PS resin (purchased as Fmoc-PAL-PEG-PS or Fmoc-XAL-PEG-PS).
