Oxofluorides and oxochlorides

The stable salts M[Xe03F] (M = K or Cs) are obtained from MF and Xe03, and contain infinite chain anions with F ions bridging Xe03 groups. Similar complexes are obtained from CsCl or RbCl with Xe03 but these contain linked [Xe03Cl2] anions as shown in 18.17. [Pg.633]
