Proteins are useful for their energy content, just as starches, sugars, and fats are, but perhaps the greatest importance of proteins lies with how our bodies use them for building such structures as enzymes, bones, muscles, and skin. 

Several brands of margarine (be sure to include a number of light spreads), series of same-sized drink- 

Place each margarine sample in a separate glass. Add enough margarine so that it is at least 0.5 inch deep. 

Label each glass with the brand it contains.
