Synth By rxn. of MesPbCl with aq. Na2S, in 36% yield (18), with H2S in aq. NaOH, in 66% yield Prop. Brown cryst. (I8), m. 95-100 spectra, relative basicity (6W-). 

By rxn. of Ph3PbX with H2S and organic base, in 100% yield (121). 

By thermal dec. of Ph3 bS2CNHCH2Ph in CeHe under reflux, in 6 7o yield (298). Prop. (Far) IR spectra and assignment (18 8). 

Activity as fungicide against Aspergillus niger, Botrytis
