Open-width roller steamer

The fabric in open width form is padded (Fig. 5-9) through the scouring solu- 

The amount of fabric inside the steamer is about 60-100 yds with a production rate of about 60 m/min. The fabric is then washed in open soaper at 70-80 C with counter current flow arrangement. 

In this system (Fig. 5-10) there are two winding systems, one above the another.
