Practical Aspects of Pulsed ENDOR Spectroscopy of MRI Agents 

There are two widely used pulsed ENDOR techniques, one of which after Davies [42] and the other after Mims [43], The hyperfme interactions of the ligand nuclei we are interested in have magnitudes (see below) that permit the use of both types of pulsed ENDOR spectroscopy. The comparative experiments have shown, however, that better spectra could be obtained using Mims ENDOR, and this was therefore the technique used in all of our practical measurements of MRI agents.
