AnschlieBend treten zwei weitere Inhaltsstoffe auf, die im IR-Spektrum die fiir ein O-Acetat typischen Banden bei 1750 und 1240/cm anzeigen und als die Acetate von Aethusanol A und B anzusprechen sind (LXXXIV und LXXXV). 

Entsprechende Gleichgewichte stellen sich immer ein, wenn Glyko-side, Oligo- und Polysaccharide einer sauren Hydrolyse unterworfen werden, und auch bei der Einwirkung von wafirigen Sauren auf Aldo-hexosen (sog. Reversion i87,i92,243,253)) Nach der sauren Hydrolyse und Reduktion des P-Heparins wurde aus der dort anwesenden L-Iduron-saure 1,6-Anhydro-p-L-idopyranose (als 2,3,4-Tri-O-acetat) erhalten h...

O. House und F. A. Richey 64> fanden fur das Enamin-acetat 129, das sich aus dem durch Methylierung des Oximacetats darstellbaren Quartarsalz 128 mit Triathylamin in wasserfreier Phase erzeugen laBt, bei 5—10 °C eine Halbwertszeit von weniger als 30 sec. 

Decafluor-azobenzol kann auch durch Oxidation von Pentafluor-anilin mit Chlorkalk hergestellt werden. Die Ausbeute ist mit 50% erheblich besser als bei der Oxidation mit Natriumhypochlorit (s. o.). Die gleiche Reaktion mit Blei(IV)-acetat ergibt etwa die gleiche...

O-Deutero-essigsaure31 204 g (2 mol) reinstes Acetanhydrid (2mal von frisch geschmolzenem, wasserfreiem Natrium-acetat abdestilliert) und 20 ml Deuteriumoxid werden unter Riihren und FeuchtigkeitsausschluG... 

Substituierte 0,N-Diacyl-hydroxylamine erhalt man durch direkte Acylierung von Hy-droxylaminen mit Carbonsaure-chloriden in Gegenwart von Pyridin oder mit Carbonsau-re-anhydriden in Gegenwart von Natrium-acetat[vgl. Bd. X/l, S. 1237 (1971)]. In der Regel erfolgt zuerst N- und im zweiten Schritt O-Acylierung. Eine Ausnahme bildet N-tert.-Butyl-hydroxylamin (s. S. 775).
