Nucleotide sequencing Sequenase

Klenow, T4 DNA ligase, T4 polynucleotide kinase and the nucleotides used in the mutagenesis reactions were purchased from Pharmacia. DNA sequencing was performed using a Sequenase kit from U.S. Biochemicals.
