No other coordinating groups

Nitric oxide (NO) reacts with organoiron(IIl) porphyrins to form six-coordinate adducts, Fe(Por)(R)(NO), Other small molecules (Oi. SO2. CO) react by insertion into the Fe—C bond, although the nature of the reaction and the stability of the products varies greatly with both the molecule itself and the organoiron group. 

There is however no Evidence for the existence of monomeric RNSn it is either rapidly converted to a tetramer or coordinated with other functional groups (Scheme 3). 

The process by which one or more water molecules are incorporated into another molecular entity until no other atoms, ions, and groups or moieties are further displaced. In the case of metal ions, aquation reflects the ability of nonbonded electrons on water oxygens to form coordinate covalent bonds with the metal ion. See also Hydration Water... 

The IR spectra of Th(N03)4 x amine-yH20 indicate that no ionic nitrate is present when x = 1 and y = 3, or x = y = 2, whereas with x = 3 and y = 4 both coordinated and ionic nitrate groups are present. When x = y = 4 nearly all the nitrate groups are ionic.32 No other structural information is available for these compounds.
