Nitro- -alkylester

Sulfonsaure-alkylester konnen auch mittels Gabriel-Synthese in primare Amine iiber-gefuhrt werden. So lassen sich z, B. fluorierte Alkylamine wie 2-Amino-l,1,1-trifluor-ethan, 3-Amino-1,1,2,2-tetrafluor-propan und hohere Homologe durch Reaktion der entsprechen-den 2-Nitro-benzolsulfonsaure-fluoralkylester mit Kalium-phthalimid und anschliefiende Spaltung mit Hydrazin in guten Ausbeuten herstellen1.

Two types of bonds in the molecule of OPC can be cleaved anhydride (P=0, P=S or P-F) and alkylester bonds. In these processes very important role have hydrolytic enzymes as well as mechanisms of transfer of certain functional groups from the OPC molecule to endogenous substrates (i.e. glutathione) which all result in detoxication of these compounds. Besides, for some OPC very important can be biotransformation of functional groups that are not directly attached to phosphorus such as carboxylester, carboxylamide and nitro groups.

Ausgehend von den stereoisomeren Hydroxamsauren werden durch Alkylierung der Na-trium-Salze Carbonsaure-alkoximid-alkylester erhalten [vgl. Bd. X/4, S. 199, 750 (1968) zur Konstitutionsaufklarung s. a. Lit,97 100]. Als EjZ-Isomeren-Gemisch erhalt man 2-Hydroximino-2,3-dihydro-furane, z.B. aus 5,5-Dimethyl-l,3-dioxo-cyclohe-xan mit co-Nitro-styrol101 V81 l02 ...
