Ni Films at the Ambient Temperature

3 Experimental and Numerical Verification 19.3.1 Ni Films at the Ambient Temperature 

Ni films with grain sizes in the range of 3-10 nm were grown on Si(lOO) substrates using physical vapor deposition. The in-plane magnetic properties were measured using vibrational sample magnetometer at room temperature [6].
