Some of the recipes in the coming pages will be just that simple, while others will have step-by-step instructions and lists of ingredients. But even recipes in the latter category will be so easy that after the first preparation, you ll probably have them memorized such that you ll be able to throw them together the next time. 

The way you prepare food is as important to good health as the foods you choose, and there are lots of great ways to use the delicious alkaline foods on the Kick Acid Hot List. Some of them may be new to your repertoire, but an experimental spirit is all you need to figure out how to incorporate them into your life. To get you started, I ve offered some advice and suggestions over the next few pages, and the recipes in chapter 8 will give you even more ideas.
