National Inclusion Conference

DW There s a number of thoughts really. But firstly, last week I was at the National Inclusion Conference - again. And I was mnning some workshops there on what we d done. I talked with a lot of parents and they, from all over the country, found it hard to believe that there was anywhere where this was happening, because they were stmggling so hard with their individual authorities to get into mainstream... 

Perhaps one the fastest-growing applications of teamwork has been in the field of ergonomics. The use of teams to evaluate, design, and implement jobs and workstations is relatively recent but has met widespread acceptance. A clear indication of this trend is the growing number of submissions on the topic in most national and international eigonomics conferences and the inclusion of employee participation as one of the basic requirements in the proposed OSHA Eigonomics Standard (OSHA 1999).
