Napthol phosphate

Using a commercial kit available from Dako (or other comparable kit), dissolve one tablet that contains the substrate, napthol phosphate, the chromogen. Fast Red, and levamisol in 2 mL of 0.1 M Tris-HCl buffer, pH 8.2, provided in the kit. Filter the solution through the filter device provided and drop onto the section. A purple-red product will form in 5-15 min.
