Nanostructures microstructure evolution

In this work results of SEM and TEM study of microstructural evolution of La-Cr-0 —> LaCr04 LaCrOs thin films are reported. A microstructural analysis of the film development of pure LaCrOs as a function of temperature and environment is performed. The formation of the nanostructured self-organized microstructure of the LaCr03 thin film is demonstrated as a result of the two consecutive phase transitions which occurred during the X-ray amorphous film annealing.
