NanoLC application

Standard fluorescence detectors are not optimally applicable in micro-H P LC, since there are no suitable small-volume flow cells. To benefit from the high sensitivity and selectivity of this detector in micro- and nanoLC, laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detectors need to be used. A disadvantage is that full wavelength coverage is not available, but depending upon the kind of laser in each case a certain wavelength is specified. [Pg.485]
