The occurrence of multiple coacervate drops is not restricted to the example given. They can also occur under certain circumstances in the presence of substances insoluble in water such as oleic acid, trioleine, etc. See Fig. 45, which gives an example of this sort for triple coacervate drops. [Pg.479]
