Modifying values of attributes

Such modifications are allowed by CAD system modeling functions only if the modification does not violate any of the constraints spelled out in this specification for the modified entity, nor for any other entity, property, or relation that refers to that entity. 

Similarly attribute values of properties and relations may be- changed unless constraints specified for them are violated.
