UPS s employment turnover is low, less than 6% a year. The tenure of its average driver is sixteen years. Its driver turnover is less than 2% a year. Women represent 27% of its US management team and 21% of its overall work force.

War is the health of the State. It automatically sets in motion throughout society those forces for uniformity, for passionate cooperation with the Government in coercing into obedience the minority groups and individuals which lack the larger herd sense.
