Middle managers projects

It is becoming quite usual these days for junior and middle managers to have a mentor , someone with whom they can talk through their managerial problems and who may advise them on their development. Such a person could also be a suitable client for one s project. 

The major technical problem was the inability to define subsurface geohydrologic conditions with the initial data. Expertise in the area of geohydrology was clearly needed. A lack of specific analytical techniques precluded meaningful environmental and risk assessments. Cleanup efforts were complicated because poltiners are not regulated under RCRA but are regulated under state law. In the middle of the cleanup effort, the site became involved in Superfund activities, and to date this involvement has not been clarified. Project management has become very difficult because of the many players and laws involved. As a result, public confidence has been affected. 

The modeling and optimisation of concentrate discharge to reduce environmental impacts has been the focus of numerous studies (Al-Barwani and Pumama 2007, 2008 Alameddine and El-Fadel 2007 Bleninger and Jirka 2008 Malcangio and Petrillo 2010 Pumama and Al-Barwani 2004 Pumama et al. 2003). Much of this research has been for a project by the Middle Eastern Desalination Research Center, Environmental Planning, Prediction and Management of Brine Discharges from Desalination Plants. 

All these functions can be readily accomplished on a microcomputer using a commercially available database-management program. These programs are extremely powerful. They offer the flexibility of tailoring an index to the needs of any project. Since it is rarely possible to anticipate all the special fields that may be required, the ability to restructure the data base in the middle of a project is very useful. 

Finally, middle-grained reactive project management (see Sects. 3.4 and 2.4) does not need fine-grained models at all. However, process as well as product knowledge is necessary. So, the document and dependency model is needed as well as the result process model. 

Researchers have discussed the impact of several organizational variables on project outcomes. Three factors stand out top-management support, middle-marragement support, and sufficiency of resources.
