Microwave-assisted Minisci reaction

Finally, a microwave-assisted Minisci reaction was successfully applied to a two-step method for the synthesis of the marine alkaloid fascaplysin (10), a compound which exhibits a broad range of bioactivity (Scheme 5) [15].
