Micromoulding in capillaries

Micromoulding in Capillaries. Continuous channels are formed when a PDMS stamp is brought into conformal contact with a solid substrate. Capillary action fills the channels with a polymer precursor. The polymer is cured and the stamp is removed. [Pg.939]

The technique of micromoulding in capillaries has also been used to pattern mesostructures across a substrate. In this case a polydi-methylsiloxane (PDMS) stamp with channels is pressed against the substrate on top of a drop of synthesis solution ° or the synthesis solution... [Pg.104]
