Metastable ion measurements

The mass spectral fragmentation of 4-, 5- and 4,8-disubstituted derivatives of 6-aryl-l,3-dioxa-2-thia-6-azocane 2-oxides (8) has been studied by metastable-ion measurements. The major peak appeared at m/e 119 and corresponds to that of aryl-N=CH2 ion <82JHCI223>. [Pg.708]
