Metabolism sympathomimetics affecting

Beta-blockade (especially with nonselective agents such as propranolol) alters response to sympathomimetics with 13-agonist activity (eg, epinephrine). E> Blockers that undergo extensive first-pass metabolism may be affected by drugs capable of altering this process. 13 Blockers may reduce hepatic blood flow.
