Low linolenic soyabean

Figure 5.1 shows the comparative propensity of different vegetable oils to polymerize at fixed conditions of temperature and oxygen concentration. Soluble polymer build up started at approximately 1 h and progressively increased in concentration till it got too dense and dropped out of the solution. Low linolenic soyabean oil polymerized the fastest, followed by corn oil. [Pg.84]
