Locked Out Disconnect Box

During a warehouse inspection a supervisor notes a large puddle of water directly below a water valve. 

The pipe below the valve will have to be repaired. 

The supervisor turns the valve to the off position and places a plastic, circular lockout device over the valve. He then adds a lock and tag. 

Circular valves such as this can be used on any size valve it is just a matter of purchasing the proper sizes and quantity to fit the valves. 

A leak has developed in a compressed-air line that feeds an air-operated strapping machine.
