Location of Fragments in GSTAT

The object of fragment location in GSTAT is threefold (a) to impose a user-specified atomic enumeration onto every instance of that fragment in the CSD, (b) to associate the 3 D crystallographic coordinates stored in the CSD with each atom of the fragment according to the prescribed atomic enumeration, and (c) to accept or reject [Pg.94]
