LLE at Temperatures Other Than

As Table 11.1 makes clear, LLE values change with changes in temperature. For practically insoluble materials like the benzene-water binary in Table 11.1 both solubilities increase slightly with increasing temperature. (The solubility of benzene in water increases by a factor of 1.5 and that of water in benzene by a factor of 9 as the temperature increases from 0 to 70°C.) This behavior is observed for most practically insoluble liquid pairs.
