Liquids as Compatibilizers for Pigment Pastes

Up to now only very little attention has been paid to ionic liquids as performance chemicals. Degussa has managed to develop an application of ionic liquids as so-called compatibilizers for pigment pastes [24].

The customer can release the gas from the pressure-less cylinder either by applying vacuum or by increasing the temperature. The storage capacities for PH3 and BF3 in different supports are summarized in Table 9-2.
