6 Ligands Containing O-Cl Bonds - The perchlorato-complex Co(C104)2L, where L = Ph2PCH28iMe2CH2PPh2, gives IR bands due to unidentate perchlorate, at 920 cm (vi) and440cm (v6)42  

The IR spectra of [Ln(NTAAP)2(C104)2]C104, where NTAAP = 4-A-(5 -nitro-2 -thienylidene)aminoantipyrine and Ln = Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho or Er, shows the presence of two unidentate CIO4 ligands. The NTAAP is coordinated via carbonyl O, azomethine N and thiophene 8 atoms. For [Ln(BAME)2C104](C104)2, where Ln = Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho or Er, and BAME = 7V,A -bis(4-antipyrylmethylidene)ethylenediamine, similar data are
