The experiments which allow to remove the artifact peaks from the z-filtered refocused INADEQUATE MAS NMR pulse sequence have been designed by Baltisberger et al. In these experiments the frequency-switched Lee-Goldberg method of homonuclear decoupling during the z-filter has been applied the method has the advantage of being quite easy to set up and implement on most modern NMR spectrometers.
