LDS/PCS IPNs

LDS/PCS IPN systems predominantly affects the HTip values considered here, which are closely related to the miscibility. This may be supported by the experimental results on the density of the blended LDS/PCS samples as summarized in Table 3. The density of LDS/PCS (8/2) is the largest for the three kinds of blended LDS/PCS samples studied. Therefore, it can be said that the intermolecular distance between LDS and PCS in LDS/PCS (8/2) may be the shortest in the three kinds of blended LDS/PCS IPN samples. This result suggests that intermolecular dipole-dipole interactions affect the HTip values in LDS/PCS (8/2). From these experimental results,... [Pg.226]
