After the worksheet is complete, the data compiled is transferred to the actual JSA form. Once it is entered and verified, obtain signature approval for the JSA from an upper-level manager. [Pg.208]

Once the JSA is completed, it is discussed with employees performing the job. Any necessary safety procedures or equipment required to perform the job is reviewed with employees. In addition, a copy of the JSA is available for employees to use when they perform the job— particularly for jobs not done on a regular basis. Supervisors occasionally observe employees as they perform the jobs for which the analysis was developed.
