Isobenzofuran synthesis, 1,2,4,5-tetrazine

Use in Isobenzofuran Synthesis. 1,2,4,5-Tetrazine has also been involved in multiple cascade cycloaddition reactions to generate complex substrates. The [4+2] cycloaddition of 1,2,4,5-tetrazines can be used for the synthesis of other heterocycles, e.g. isobenzofuran, isoindole and isobenzofulvene from 1,4-dihydronaphthalenes 10.
