Iron catalysts dendritic polymers

Star polymers and dendrimers have been synthesized by Astruc using cyclopentadienyliron-mediated peralkylation, benzylation, and allylation reactions of cationic tri-, tetra-, and /iexa-methylbenzene cyclopentadienyliron com-plexes.
