Ion Pair Chromatography - Fluorescence Detection

This method consists in the separation of bromate using ion-pair chromatography with post-column reaction and detection with a fluorescence detector (IP/Fluo). The registered signal corresponds to a deerease of fluorescence intensity. The post column reaction involves Carbostyril 124 in aeidie eonditions (Gahr et al, 1998). [Pg.47]

The quantification limit of the method was 1.6 pg/L. This teehnique has been tested on several ozonated waters or samples after final disinfeetion with chlorine [Pg.47]
