Intec process

The INTEC process follows similar principles to other aqueous chloride electrowinning systems, but uses Halex in place of chlorine gas, avoiding the difficulties of handhng chlorine. Halex is a strong oxidant and can attack many minerals including pyrite. Consequently, there is less selectivity...
