Injunctive relief, patent infringement

The injunction will restrict the infringer from making, using, or seUing the invention. Additionally the patent owner may obtain the payment of compensation to make up for the loss of profit or for the loss suffered. According to the law of some countries patented articles may be withdrawn and delivered up to the proprietor of the patent. In some countries relief for the infringing action may be provided by criminal penalties including a prison sentence.
