Indole-3-carbaldehyde structure

The reaction of 10b with p-chlorophenoxyacetonitrile (117) produces 4-amino-3-p-chlorophenoxy-2-p-chlorophenoxymethyl-7-nitropyrimido [1,2-a]indole-10-carbaldehyde (118, 71%). X-ray single-crystal analysis of its derivative proves the structure [13]. [Pg.93]
