IM Signature Summary

MTV stores are sensitive to BI. Depending on the impact velocity, the reaction of the store may vary between explosion (type III) at high velocities and deflagration 

The radiant intensity produced by the attacked flares is probably greater at low velocity as less scattering of the payload occurs, and a greater fireball is generated. The radiant intensity may cause more than second-degree burns to persons exposed in 5 m distance to an attacked store.
